The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
If the colour or size of pouch you want is out of stock the best way to find out when it will be back in stock is to sign up to our emailing list. We will then let you know when new stock is coming. You can also email us to confirm we don’t have any extra stock in your region at email@example.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your pouch using PayPal and credit card.
We also have Afterpay for Australian customers.
How do I become a stockist?
If you would like to become a stockist please fill out a simple stockist application https://thetrainerspouch.com/pages/wholesale and when you are approved we will email you your login details for the wholesale section of the website.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you make an error on your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and if your order hasn’t already been shipped we will be happy to make any changes.
My pouch is damaged what do it do?
If you receive your pouch and it is damaged please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to organise a replacement within the first 30 days. Please include your order number and pictures of the damage in your email.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we don’t have the ability for customers to pick up their orders at this stage.

We deliver worldwide! We have warehouses in Australia, United states and United Kingdom.
Are you able to deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
How long does preorder take to be delivered?

Absolutely! When you place your order please put the postage address for the person you would like it sent to.

If your pouch is in stock packaging will take 1-4 business days and delivery will be 5-10 business days.
