If the colour or size of pouch you want is out of stock the best way to find out when it will be back in stock is to sign up to our emailing list. We will then let you know when new stock is coming. You can also email us to confirm we don’t have any extra stock in your region at info@thetrainerspouch.com

We also have Afterpay for Australian customers.

If you would like to become a stockist please fill out a simple stockist application https://thetrainerspouch.com/pages/wholesalelogin and when you are approved we will email you your login details for the wholesale section of the website.

If you make an error on your order please email info@thetrainerspouch.com as soon as possible and if your order hasn’t already been shipped we will be happy to make any changes.

If you receive your pouch and it is damaged please email us at info@thetrainerspouch.com and we will be happy to organise a replacement within the first 30 days. Please include your order number and pictures of the damage in your email.

We deliver worldwide! Our International orders will ship from our warehouse in China. Australian and New Zealand orders will be shipped from Australia.

Absolutely! When you place your order please put the postage address for the person you would like it sent to.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable on the importation of items into their respective country and these charges are independent of our website, levied by respective governments. Please check with your local postal services and/or Customs department prior to ordering for further details regarding any costs which may apply.

We try to get all orders to our customers as quickly as possible however we are experiencing COVID related shipping delays for some countries. There is a possibility your orders will be delivered under 14-21 business days. Unfortunately we have no control on how quickly the order is delivered once it has left our warehouse.

We have a warehouse in Australia ships to Australia & New Zealand. And China that ships to the Rest of the World. Your order will be shipped from our closest warehouse.
